Need the best graduates?
All year round we are building on links with the best universities in the UK, particularly those with strong business schools. Through liaising with academics, careers services and students' unions we can increase the profile of a career in a marketing communications agency. Although marketing is one of the most sought after career paths by graduates, most still do not know that the agency sector exists let alone what it does.
Through our already established personal, as well as on and off-line communication links with campuses, we not only represent the MCCA as a whole but can represent your agency individually. We can make sure that you get the right people for your business. We will be presenting to and interviewing candidates all year round in London and on-campus.
Selection - how do we do it?
The process will begin by meeting you and some of your team to assess the right personality match and skills needed for your business. We can provide you with a tailor made programme, including a selection day which can be run by us, at no extra cost, in your own offices. By observing a large group of candidates presenting, working on briefs and working with each other, you will be able to view more than you would through a series of 1-hour interviews.
The MCCA Graduate Induction Week
Realising some of the difficulties agencies face with taking on junior team members we are running an industryfirst, a Graduate Induction Week. The aim is to get your new recruits washed and brushed up before they come on board. This will be a one week course and will be included in the recruitment fee for members of the MCCA.
